User-specific Requirements
Usable with up to 95% blindness
Does not harm stakeholders senses
Should not give a constant loud alert (more than 5 mins)
The product shouldn’t interrupt daily life
Should not require effort to find the product
Should not require effort to find lost item
Should efficiently interact with the user (require max 5 steps to find item)
The product should be affordable to the target audience (<50eur material cost)
The user interface should be easy to figure out
Wish: The product can be used by other target groups as well (not visually disabled)
Functional Requirements
The product should be usable for at least 20 h straight (without charging)
The product should be chargeable or have a continuous power supply
The product should be usable (turn on) in less than 10 seconds
The product should help find the item in under two minutes
The product should sense the presence/displacement of the correct object in under 2 minutes
Should work with multiple people in the room/house
Should work with min. 5 items
Installation by user possible
Wish: Give notice when charge is low
Technical Requirements
The product may make use of sensoric features
The product should be able to withstand a fall of 3 meters minimal
